Hariyali Chicken -- Green Chicken Fry

 

Hi Friends Today i am showing how to prepare Hariyali Chicken Fry (Green Chicken Fry). This dish is my favorite because this is a traditional and healthy recipe no added sauces and artificial ingredients all are natural and healthy. First time i have used Rock Salt in the recipe i have searched for rock salt benefits online found that there are lot of benefits by eating rock salt. Coming to my recipe i have uploaded this recipe preparation video in my youtube channel and the link given below. This is very simple and easy to cook recipe all you need is Interest and Love for food. Below i am mentioning the ingredients required and procedure.

 Ingredients:

for Green Masal Paste

Chicken                      : 500 grams (Antibiotic Free and Chemical Free Chicken found in Licious,     
                                               Tendercuts etc. through online)
Salt to taste
Vegitable Oil : 4 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Clove : 4 nos
Cardamon : 4 nos
Cinnamon : 2 nos 

for Green Masal Paste
Green Chillis            :    6 nos
Pudina                       :    1 cup
Coriander leaves       :     1 cup
Ginger                       : Small piece
Garlic                        : 1 
Jeera                          : 1 table spoon
Coriander Seeds        : 2 Table Spoon
Black Pepper             : 10 seeds


Make this ingredients in to smooth paste.


Wash and Clean the Chicken 

Heat the Kadai and add cooking oil and add and fry cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and then add Green Masala Paste and Cook well until the raw smell goes off. Remember we have used only raw ingredients for paste so cook well till raw smell goes off up to 10 mins. After cooking add chicken pieces and mix well. 

          Cook the chicken for about 20 mins on slow flame till the chicken tender.

Your Green Chicken fry recipe ready serve with Roti or Rice.
